Wow, think you monster was done before mine but Im struck by how similar they are in design. Great minds think alike I guess and a really nice piece, love the monochromatic color scheme. Here's my art (unrelated to the Rifts contest).

What a ferocious looking monster! :wow: I love the colouring, particularly the bright blue under the neck and in the eyes, and the amount of detail you've put into it, like the realistic claws and wicked-looking tail. The boat on the beach and the birds flying above the monster are a nice touch too. Great work!

I checked out your latest colossus and needless to say I had to browse through your other work. It's surprising you don't have more things posted because this is talent that just begs to be showcased. Once more, you do a wonderful job boasting the size of the creature, the tail extending so far back into the horizon only to loop around. The two front appendages keep the aquatic-element feel alive and it looks like it was ripped from the midst of sea creatures' evolution to walking on land. The boat and seagulls make for a great size comparison and the shock of blue centered around his core and possibly gills is really eye catching. Good job once more.
